Cookie Policy
Updated October 31, 2026
COMPLETE HOME SECURITY AND SERVICES, LLC uses required website and security features, a remembered cookie-choice record, and optional services that load only after you allow their purpose. This page covers cookies and other browser storage. See our Privacy Policy for form information and how to contact us.
How do you choose optional services?
The cookie banner offers three choices:
- Accept all saves permission for analytics and external content.
- Refuse optional saves a choice that keeps both optional purposes off.
- Select optional opens the detailed controls so you can choose each purpose separately, then save your choices. Cancelling does not accept a new choice.
Required navigation, forms and security verification work when optional services are refused. Analytics remains off in review previews, including after Accept all.
What is stored and why?
| Feature | Purpose and scope | Lifetime and choice |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie-choice record | The website stores chs-consent-v1 in local storage for this website's browser origin. It contains a version, save and expiry times, and the two purpose choices. It does not contain form details. | The record expires after 180 days, or earlier if you remove the site's browser storage. Both accepted and refused choices are remembered. |
| Required security | Cloudflare and Turnstile process connection and browser information to deliver and protect the site and verify form submissions. Security checks are separate from optional analytics. | These checks operate when required for the site or a form. Provider-managed security storage, if used, follows Cloudflare's settings and policies. |
| Optional analytics | When live analytics is enabled and you allow Analytics, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and website use. | Google's configuration and your browser determine cookie retention. Review previews do not initialize Analytics or create its cookies. |
| Optional external content | Allowing External content enables Google Maps and YouTube requests on pages containing those services. The providers may use their own cookies or storage. | Storage and retention depend on the provider and your browser. They are not controlled by the website's 180-day choice record. |
Optional services remain off before a valid choice. Missing, expired, incompatible or unreadable preferences do not enable them. If the browser cannot save a choice, the controls explain the problem and optional services stay off on that page. The site's forms do not save drafts in local storage.
How do you change or withdraw a choice?
Use Cookie choices in the footer to reopen the banner. Choose Refuse optional to withdraw both purposes, or Select optional to change them separately. Saved changes are shared with other open tabs for the same website origin.
Withdrawing external-content permission removes its embeds from the page. Code already loaded in a tab may continue running until you refresh. When a refresh is needed, the website asks you to save or copy unsent form details and acknowledge that before using Refresh now. Changing a choice cannot undo information already sent to a provider. Browser settings can also be used to inspect or remove provider cookies and site storage.
